Is Golden Ivy jewellery solid gold?
Unless a product description specifically says otherwise, our pieces are gold plated rather than solid gold. Always check the individual product listing for its materials and finish.
How should I care for my jewellery?
Keep it away from water, perfume, lotions and harsh chemicals, store it dry, and gently wipe it with a soft dry cloth after wear. Visit our Jewellery Care page for the full guide.
How long does delivery take?

Can I return an item?
We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you’re not completely happy, our returns and faults policy is stated below.
We offer a 14 day cooling-off period for change of mind returns. You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a full refund or exchange (items must be unworn and in original packaging; earrings are excluded for hygiene reasons).
If your item arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing defect, you have a 30 day right to reject faulty goods for a full refund or replacement.
Please note that natural fading of gold plating due to everyday wear and tear or chemical exposure is not considered a manufacturing fault.
